BBL — buttock augmentation with own fat
Buttock shaping with your own fat. Practice focus — with an explicit safety concept.
Is this treatment right for me?
Summary
Fat is harvested by liposuction (usually abdomen and flanks), prepared and injected into the buttock region.
Who is it for
Sufficient own fat, good health, stable weight. Smoking is an exclusion criterion.
How the treatment works
Method, technique and safety concept

Injection strictly above the muscle fascia, never into the muscle. Intramuscular injection is the main cause of the known rare but severe complication (fat embolism) and is not practised here.
Duration approx. 2–4 hours [to follow].

- Liposuction risks: contour irregularities, dents, sensation changes
- Thrombosis/embolism risk (prophylaxis is standard)
Risks and complications are stated in full — they are part of every honest consultation.
Recovery
- No direct sitting/lying on the buttocks for 2–3 weeks
- Compression wear 4–6 weeks
- Sports after 6–8 weeks
- Final volume visible after 3–6 months
